SUMMARY:Qigong
DESCRIPTION:Qigong means “energy work” and the slow\, flowing movements that make up the Qigong sequences are energising as well as calming and mindful. The movements are gentle and easy to follow and can be adapted for sitting. \nThe classes are organised in blocks of six sessions on different themes\, such as “Qigong for More Energy”\, “Qigong for Better Balance”\, “Qigong for Relief from Stress”.  \nClasses are open to beginners and are suitable for all levels. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and soft shoes. You can join at any time. \nClasses are on Wednesdays from 10am – 11am.
