Age UK Cornwall is holding some ‘Step into Wellness’ sessions at the Liskerrett Centre during January, February and March.

These are sessions for anyone wishing to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, independence and friendships.

The sessions run from 1pm to 2pm every Monday at the Liskerrett Centre from 16th January until 6th March 2023 (there is not session on 13th February).
